Titled Artisan Competition

Artisans may present up to five items, completed in the last five years.
Only one items is required to compete and entries can have been started at any time.
Please email the autocrat with your space requirements for display.
Please remember that this competition will be held either outdoors in a large pavilion or in smaller buildings with no climate control.

Titled Bard Competition
|
All competitors in the Titled Bard competion will compete in 3 rounds with a final round before court. Please check the schedule for start time.
Each round will consist of a piece within one of the following themes:
A piece about elves or the sea.
A piece from the Decameron - please supply the day, the number and who told the tale at the start of the perfomance. Stories need not be memorized, but retold; however, adherence to the plot does count.
A piece specifically about Elfsea
After 3 rounds, finalists will be chosen to perform their best piece from their repetoire before the populace.

Guardian of the Gauntlet

All contenders will have to fight all the old Guardians in a tradition "Guantlet".
There will then be a double or single elimination (depending on time remaining) tournament with
the top scoring contenders vying for the title.

Chivalric Tournament
|
|
There will be a variety of fighting scenarios all day. Bring all of
your weapons for a fun day of fighting and learning. Stay for the
evening and bring out your best fighting in the the Baron's Torchlight
Tourney.

Archery Tournament
|
The Springfaire 2008 Archery Shoot will be an IKAC for adults and teens whom are qualified to shoot. If time allows following the IKAC,
a fund raising fun shoot sponsored by the House Crimson Chimeras. Proceeds would be donated to the Crown and Barony of Elfsea.
There will be a youth archery shoot sponsored by Lady Elspbeth. More information coming shortly...
